The McInelly group (they all did the 8K...Mat's first and he finished in 48 minutes!)
Our friends Shane and Joie did the race with us. Joie and I didn't run together except for a few minutes and we managed to finish within seconds of each other...I kind of had my head down at the ground the whole time, willing my body to keep moving forward.
And let's just be honest, my favorite part of the day was meeting the Seagals (Seahawks cheerleaders) and getting my picture with them. I even lent them my safety pins from my race number so they could fix a wardrobe malfunction.

Your posts were so much fun. You guys have been busy. And you totally fit in with the seagals. That is an amazing time, way to go!
Is it just me, or does the girl on the far right look kind of manly? She could for sure beat me up! If I still lived close, we could be running buddies! Logan and I ran a 5k on the 4th, but I think you were a little bit faster than me.
That poor girl, everyone thinks she looks like a boy! She may have just been working out a little too much! I would love to have you as a running buddy!!!
Wow, very impressive! 3 miles in 28 minutes? That's awesome. And yes, can you really call a run "fun"? I run for my health, that's it, but I have been thinking about running a 5k just to say I've done it.
And you are looking fabulous- tiny as can be, my word. These "fun" runs are shrinking you down to nothing. THAT will be my motivation! :)
