Mat had a birthday too! We had a full weekend with his birthday too...the day of his birthday we went to the park and fed the ducks (Olivia's suggestion), then came home and while the kids took naps (and I probably read a book), Mat fixed the brakes on the Camry (what a man!) After he was done with that, we had Jamie and Reuben and Brian and Britni over and left all of our kids (we took the baby at least) with one babysitter...there are six of them (under 5 years old)...but we came back and they were alive, so all was well. We went to a great Olive Garden dinner and then came back to play some Kinect sports (which Mat happened to be the MVP). Then we had Mat's choice of dessert...pumpkin pie...
To finish his birthday weekend, we went to Olympia, hung out with the McInelly family and then on Monday, Mat fixed the rotors on the Acura...he had a busy car fixing filled weekend...and I'm sure he saved us hundreds of dollars, and for that I am so grateful. He is such a great husband and father. He works so hard for us and I really appreciate how awesome he is...so happy birthday last week Mat!
